SHBC members shall, at all times:
· Exercise integrity in all member relations.
· Emphasize the professional spirit of our organization by encouraging and promoting good business relations among members.
· Demonstrate the integrity of the organization by conducting themselves in such a manner as not to discredit themselves or SHBC.
· Agree not to alienate or solicit any known customers from nor discredit the services of another member business.
· Members agree not to disclose any information provided to them in confidence or to knowingly enter into any transaction agreement that places them in conflict of interest with any of their customers.
· Provide ethical services, equivalent to or greater than those accepted as standard in their respective industry.
