Background:
Gretchen Geistdoerfer is an innovative leader with more than 25 years of Finance, Accounting and IT expertise. She has experience with both small businesses and large corporations. She has done everything from handling all finance back office functions in smaller businesses to leading dynamic teams to achieve successful implementations, integrations and software upgrades. She has experience in a wide range of operational functions including the development of a shared service center organization supporting all corporate back office functions including finance, supply chain, human resource, real estate and reporting. Her operational experience includes leading initiatives to streamline, standardize and transform processes to achieve cost costing goals.
Gretchen earned her Master of business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Rockhurst University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Accounting from Rockhurst University.
